The fact they only offer a year long, $100 subscription and not anything shorter/cheaper is a red flag I should’ve paid attention to. Unfortunately, I discovered this too late so can’t get a refund/do a chargeback, so my only recourse is to warn others that while this is a great FREE app only for the limited faxes, absolutely DO NOT pay. Very shady to disable a paid account so one can no longer use it/send faxes. I hardly used it soon after that, but when I recently needed to fax something, to my surprise I was “locked out”, as if my account never existed even though it says there is already an account in that email address, and even when resetting the password numerous times it still will not log me in even with the obviously correct login info. The data includes who, what, and when information for all changes, along with previous and current values for each modified setting.Less than a year ago, I paid the $100 for a year subscription.
